Sizing

How do I know what size to buy?
Each product page has a detailed size chart in inches. Compare your measurements (bust, waist, hip) against the chart. When in doubt, size up — our dresses are designed for a relaxed, flowy fit. Full size guide here.

Run small or true to size?
Most Siennara dresses run true to size. Specific fit notes (oversized, fitted, etc.) are in each product description.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I get my dress?
US orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days total (1-2 days to dispatch + 2-5 days transit).

Is shipping really free?
Yes, free Standard Shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are flat $6.95.

Can I rush my order?
Not yet — we're working on adding Express options. For now, all orders ship Standard.

Returns

How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to send back any unworn item with tags attached. Email hello@siennara.com with your order number to start a return.

Do you cover return shipping?
Returns due to defects or our errors — yes, we cover it. Other returns: $5.95 deducted from your refund.

How long until I get my refund?
Refunds process within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Funds appear on your card in 2-7 business days after that.

Are these brand new?
Yes, every dress arrives new with tags. We work directly with our supplier network to bring you fresh styles weekly.

How often do you add new styles?
New drops every Friday. Sign up for our newsletter and get them first.

Account & Orders

Do I need to create an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and save favorites.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email hello@siennara.com within 1 hour of ordering. After that, your order is already being prepared and we can't modify it. You can still return it for a refund after delivery.
